Over the last few years, SC&A has continued to evolve
with the ever-changing market. As a small, regional
construction company, we have needed to become
aware more than ever of global impacts to our business.
National
competition, scarcity of product, economic belt tightening,
and single sourcing are
all issues that have required creative solutions.
Our self-development projects are just one piece of evidence of such an
evolution.
As I write this, we are expanding our own development opportunities by
purchasing properties and bringing our vision to areas of New Jersey and
Pennsylvania. Many contributors to this magazine will recognize themselves
as supporters of these very projects.
As we progress into the future, we will continue to work in the fields of
construction management and general contracting, but we will go further
than that. SC&A has long differentiated itself by listening closely to our
clients and meeting their unique needs. We offer additional services and
nontraditional approaches geared to the individual client’s situation to
create a package that will best serve them.
This kind of evolution and commitment to our customers would not be
possible were it not for our employees. They share our goal of satisfying
our customers and maintaining financial growth.
We hope you enjoy this issue of Building Perspective, and we look forward
to working with you as clients or collaborators in the future.
Sincerely, Gary R. Drumheller, President SC&A Construction, Inc.
